Calculate time and salaries

I would like to be able to enter my working hours onto a spreadsheet and after pre programming have it add up the total hours and minutes per day, and hours per week, and then tell me my gross and net income

CAN IT BE DONE?

However there may be some issues that confuse the issue; I work nights and generally work between 17:30hrs and 06:00hrs. Will the fact that it crosses into the next day confuse Excel?

Thisi is a timesheet I've created. I'm sure the formulas could be much more elegant, but they work as they are.
I think it will do what you want. Look at the formula for overnight hours at the bottom of the sheet and change the calcs accordingly.
