Speeding Up File with Calculations

I have a file that contains SumProduct functions and ever since I added them it takes forever for the worksheet to 'refresh'. I changed the settings so that it does not auto re-calculate while I am working on the file but once I'm done updating data and need it to refresh, it takes longer than I would like. Is there another way around this to 'speed up' the processing of the data?
