Adding with Condition

(FYI: These are only few of the transactions i am pasting)

"Tran" Sheet is where all transactions are downloaded from Quicken 2008.
Column K is the cost in $ amount.
It is strange that when i buy the stock, the total cost of shares (Column G) of Company (Column H)
is recorded inColumn K.
However when i sell the stock, only +/- Gain is recorded in Column K.(This is the problem with Quicken and cannot be fixed)

Few things i need help with:

(1) Need to create Company list as listed in Column H individually (Alphabetically) in sheet Company List.
i have manually created list in Company List sheet. I have lots of transaction to work with so manually is
impossible.

(2) I need to know current # of shares of company i have in my portfolio with the total cost of Purchase for current shares.

These values needs to be pasted in "Summary Brokerage" sheet so that my portfolia is updated automatically.

EXAMPLE : Let me explain you about the transaction line:

Pfizer Bought 500 + 1.279 = $17279.95 + 45.00 = $17324.95
and then sold 501.279 shares with RlzdGain of $2627.60+$5.92 = $2633.52
SO TOTAL Cash recd for Selling 501.279 would be $17324.95+2633.52 = $ 19958.47

Now bought 500 more shares of Pfizer on 8/18/2008 for $9857.95
500 more shares of pfizer on 11/5/2008 for $8481.95

So manually i can enter Summary_Brokerage!D6 = 1000
Summary_Brokerage!E6 = 18339.90

and rest of the stuff my excel sheet should handle.
