Need Data Validation or Formula to Force Entry of Data in .25 Increments

Is there a formula or data validation to force an data entry of numbers is .25 increments?

Here is the setup: I have a column that is labled 'Hour Family Support'. The provider is required to bill for this service in 15 minute increments and I want to force them or notify them that they have to enter data in increments of .25. Data validation would be best, if possible so the user would get an error message. I need to say away from macros because of the unknown security requirements of the providers.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sstravs,

Assuming your data entry range is A1:A100, select those cells and then set the Data Validation for them to Custom, using the formula:

    =MOD(A1,0.25)=0

If your data range differs, change A1 to the top-leftmost cell in that range.
