Search function for multiple terms with a slight twist

Basically, I need a formula that will search a given cell against multiple "search terms" and return an appropriate matching result. The trick is that some search terms contain other search terms; in the example attached, I would need to differentiate those terms that contain contain "horsey" from those that contain merely "horse" (but not "horsey"). Please help!!
