Help need to check mark + Eliminate blank cells

I am from Portugal. I do not know much (even less) about excel, vba or macros. Unfortunately my English is horrible. But I'm persisted and I hope with your help to be able to finish this.

Basically I want to know how to do the following things.

I not believe that it is very difficult ... for who knows. I just got to a point .. but I lack the knowledge to finish.

1 - How to make can check to both sides, A-B maybe at the same time but not necessarily ?
2 - How to made that values to settle one under the other (J10 to down) without whites cells.

I used merged cell just one example to see how to do, maybe II will need in the future. In fact I will use only one side: A or B.
I think your solution is very good but I want to use the mark checked. My calculator is not used for simple operations.
Let's say if I combined mark cats with dogs know what weight is their fur. It's just an example.
