Usage of IF,AND function along with filters for a Credit limit calculating excel.

The excel which I want to develop should be as follows:

For example if column A contains 1,2,3,4,5,6 & column B contains 7,8,9,10. If by using a filter I choose 1 in A & 7in B then the value in cell C2 should be multiplied in 1.6 And the result should be displayed in D1.Similarly if i select 2 in A & 8 in B then the value in C2 should be multiplied by 1.8. Please help me

I think so I should use independent filters in excel for this any way i am posting a sample file for the same please reply as quickly as possible. In the below table if you select channel code RR & Application score Y1 then the salary should be multiplied by 1.6 & the result should be displayed in result. If we select channel code AC & application score Y2 then the salary should be multiplied by 1.8 can we crack this in excel. If there is any other alternative also please let me know. I will be greatful
