Help with formating a cell to strikethrough content

I have a drop down list of names in column H. When one of these names is chosen I need it to strikethrough the content in the previous columns. I can do one name at a time, but how do I do multiple names? Below is the formula I am using.

=$H2="Name1" This works for one name at a time. How do I add names to this to get multiple names to be selected?
