Multi line email body from HYPERLINK CONCATENATE MAILTO?

Hello all,

Here is my current formula:
=HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("mailto:[email protected]&subject="&B2,"&body=1st trim: "&TEXT(P50,"mm/dd")),"TEST")

When the email pops up, it works fine, but it only has one line. I can not seem to figure out how to add additional lines. It currently looks like this:

TO: email
SUBJECT: subject
BODY: 1st trim: 10/09

I would like to add a few lines to make it as follows:

TO: email
SUBJECT: subject
BODY: 1st trim: 10/09
2nd trim: 10/09
3rd trim: 10/09
4th trim: 10/09

I am aware of the 255 limit, I should be able to meet it just fine. Any suggestions please. Each of the dates need to pull from another cell as seen in the above formula. Thank you!!! I look forward to hearing your response.
