Identify numbers that appear 10 times consecutively

I am looking for a formula or a macro that will allow me to determine when the same number appear more than ten time consecutively. For example:
1 2 3 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 4 3 -> = 1 (more than ten times consecutively)
1 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 3 1 1 1 1 4 2 -> = 0 (less than ten times consecutively)

As you can see, I am not looking for a frequency.
The formula should work for the following numbers : -77, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
and for blocs of 20 columns.

No, I don't want to highlight the cells. I would like to have on a separate column either the number 1 (= there is more than 10 times the same number consecutively in the previous 20 columns) or 0 (= there is not more than 10 times the same number consecutively in the previous 20 columns)

I need the formula to say "1" if in the side cell in column v there is either:
11111111111 (-> >10 times 1 consecutively)

66666666666
77777777777

Otherwise, it must say "0"
