Delete multiple empty cells in multiple columns and moving data up, witout Macros

Hello! I've done a lot of research and unfortunatly cannot get exactly what I need.

    1. I'm doing my best to avoid Macros
    2. I want to delete multiple empty cells in a range of multiple columns, then move data up. Ultimatly creating a simple list of names.

I have posted a link of what I want excel to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please note that this has to be as user-friendly as possible.

Thank you!! I had the list filtered and it doesn't seem to work when you have it filtered.

    Thank you again...

Re: Delete multiple empty cells in multiple columns and moving data up, witout Macros

The other issue I had with my worksheet was the formulas that rendering a 'blank' cell, wasn't a true blank cell. Because of this i made my 'false' na() producing a #NA. Because of this I was able to search for 'error' on the Go To Special search option. I also found this solution in the forum.

Thank you for all the help!
