I am trying to use a SUMPRODUCT formula to get a weighted average. However, I need to use mutilple ranges within the same column. I have attached an example. The formula is highlighted yellow and in red font.
Thanks for all the help.

What is the expected result in your example?
I am looking to get a weighted average of the percentage of office based on the square footage of the building. However, I do not want to include the total lines in my calculation.
Does something like this work?:

Works Perfect. Thanks for the help!

Another way would be to only include rows where column A has an entry, e.g.
=SUMPRODUCT(C3:C34,D3:D34,0+(A3:A34<>""))/C36
