    SUMPRODUCT Formula Issue - Trying to use as weighted average with Multiple Ranges

    I am trying to use a SUMPRODUCT formula to get a weighted average. However, I need to use mutilple ranges within the same column. I have attached an example. The formula is highlighted yellow and in red font.
