[SOLVED]Formula that compares the last two values in a row and gives the difference.

Awesome people:

Range c4:n4 - where the cells will be updated monthly with stats. The row will have blanks for the months not yet filled in. I'm looking to have a formula that will basically subtract the last cell in the range that is filled in from the one directly before it while ignoring blanks and any other previously filled in cells.
