Formula to capitalize first letter of word in a cell and all subsequent words lower case

Looking for a formula that will capitalize the first letter of the first word in a cell and make all subsequent words lower case. So say I have a cell that reads: "Mike Drinks A Lot of Coffee", I want it to look like "Mike drinks a lot of coffee". Does this make sense? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Here's another one...

    =REPLACE(LOWER(A2),1,1,UPPER(LEFT(A2)))

If the first letter of the string will always be in uppercase then we can reduce that to:

    =REPLACE(LOWER(A2),1,1,LEFT(A2))

This is good, one other thing. If I have words separated by a comma, I want the first word followed by the comma to have it's first letter capitalized. Any way to add that to this formula?

Seperated with a comma, or a comma folowed by a space?
    How many comma seperated words/phrases?

    Best post a sample workbook.
