    Vlookup from data with overlapping values

    Please help. How to return to multiple values if columns in table array has overlapping values? In attached table, if my value is 18, I should return to 5 values.
    Reference Table
    A B C
    14 17 Belle
    14 18 Snow White
    15 19 Aurora
    16 20 Ariel
    17 21 Pocahontas
    18 22 Cinderella

    Result
    No. Value
    18 Snow White
    Aurora
    Ariel
    Pocahontas
    Cinderella
