Offset & Counta = Removing Blanks / Title in the cell before a drop down list is chosen

    Hi All
So basically i had googled it for 4-5 hours before i come here.

I have done the research of removing blanks from drop down list. And the offset&Counta, come to the rescue. But it just don't work. I try it on a plain and brand new excel, it works for me.

I have created 1 drop down list on "Agent Screening" (sheet2). It just dont remove the blank for me, even i have used the above formula.

    1. Drop down list = Sheet- Agent Screening/ Sheet 2, Cell, D14.
    2. Data to be picked = Agent DB, Column C5.....

So i skip on this awhile, try to title the drop down list cell, got no clue again, but got exactly the same i want which i had googled, which is on "title" or sheet 1.

I hope you guys are able to advise and help me on these. Thanks in advance.

seeing your Named Ranges, i am assuming you know how to do that. so use this formula for the Named Range instead:
    =OFFSET('AGENT DB'!$C$5,,,COUNTA('AGENT DB'!$C$5:$C$107))

then go to "Agent-Screening" sheet D14 & do the data validation list using the Name you did above

    Hi Beni
    Thanks for your help.
Just that it don't sort out and remove the blanks from list, but It works like what i need.
