Extract numbers from a alphanumeric cell

Hi Guys,

Really cant get this right,

I am trying to extract the Erf Numbers into 1 cell and the Portions into another and the Townships into a Seperate one,
The data is inconsistent and as such sometimes the Erf is 1st and the Township second,in others the Portion is 1st followed by Erf followed by Town,

Looking on my friend Google I came across this formula to do it but I cant seem to edit it in a way that solves my issue,

=1*MID(E6,MATCH(TRUE,ISNUMBER(1*MID(E6,ROW($1:$9),1)),0),COUNT(1*MID(E6,ROW($1:$9),1)))
