    how to autofill data by selecting from drop list?

    I have one column called "Item" and another column called "Price", where every item has fixed price. How to use validation data / combo box to get automatically the right price for the item selected from drop list? Please see attached example:example.xlsx

    hi poodelek, welcome to the forum. try this in C10:
    =IF(B10="","",VLOOKUP(B10,Sheet1!$B$10:$C$25,2,0))
