Excel 2007 - Formula or VBA to find unique names and return values?

I need help pulling "Sales Rep" name and Sales from a massive extract in Excel.

I have about 35,000 rows of data to filter for certain "Sales Reps" Names and return their sales for the month.

Currently, we pay someone to filter this manually every month because the names changes we add or delete folks as they come and go.


So here is a basic example:

Rep March SalesA March Sales B
Bob 60,000 10,000

Dave 22,0000 1,300

Ken 15,000 56,000


The Raw Data will have a list of 35,000 reps and March Sales A and B in Columns F and P (for example)

So how can i pull in the sales for these reps since its a dynamic report?

Advanced filter can give a list of unique items from a single column, and put them somewhere else for further action. Have you looked at that facility?
