    Unhappy Formula is not understanding me

    Cell named open says this =COUNTIFS('Procurement Schedule - A'!L11:L148,"<>Closed",'Procurement Schedule - A'!F11:F148,"<" &TODAY(),'Procurement Schedule - A'!L11:L148,">0")
    Cell named closed says this
    =COUNTIFS('Procurement Schedule - A'!K11:K148,"=Closed",'Procurement Schedule - A'!D11:D148,"<" &TODAY())

    When data is entered as closed in L11
    closed adds one which is correct
    but OPEN doesnt remove one which should happen too

    I'm afraid you'll have to adapt your thread title per forum rules first

    Also, there is no need to start a new thread for the same question.
