Dat (t-3) business days only

Hey,

I'm trying to write a formula that returns the date 3 days ago, but business days skipping weekends.

I have =text(Now()-3,"DD MMM") so far but I'm stuck on getting my result to skip the weekend.

Does anyone know a solution to this?
