    hi robin.das077. double quotes are for texts. remove them for "80" so that it is:
    =IF(H3>=80,"Excellent")

    you could also add a FALSE statement if needed. like:
    =IF(H3>=80,"Excellent","Not Good")
    =IF(H3>=80,"Excellent","")
