Comparing similarity of columns in a spreadsheet.

I have a spreadsheet that contains yes/no answers to various questions. Each respondent's answers are located in a single column, with each row representing a different question. I want to know if it's possible to write a program that displays how similar my answers are to someone else's. I have no programming knowledge or expertise. This is simply a project I've been working on and I've been scoring them by hand but I assume there is a way to make excel score it. I appreciate any help offered. Thank you.

I want to have a way to display the similarity (number of matching answers / number of possible matches)of Person P with each other person. Is this possile? Should I upload the sample sheet in a different format? Thank you again.

Okay.. what result you are scoring manually - can you show that ?

Also, if person P says "yes" to a question, then do you want to know how many people said "yes" to that question?

This is what it looks like when I manually score it. A response of "PART" counts for .5, and a match (either a matching YES or NO) counts as 1. An empty response under column "Person P" is not taken into consideration, so there are 0% matches to Persons D & E since there are no matching entries.
