    Formulas to auto arrange in ascending

    Hi All,

    Would like to check if formulas can be auto arrange the data in ascending?
    My company do not allow Macro.

    formulas never arrange/move original data it would only advise order
    can you not just sort the data?

    Yes it can wihth helpcolumns and the functions Rank and index/match.

    But I prefer the solution of humdingaling (sort the data).
    Notice my main language is not English.

    rank index match would not actually move data by itself though
    it may duplicate and sort/arrange the newly created data but not move original data as such

    You totaly right about that.

    I just intend to inform cyee, that there are other options.

    I would solve it, as already said, with the solution you provided.
