Is there any way to notify me when excel has finished populating all information

So I have a lot of formulas in my excel spreadsheet.

For example, if in Cell A1, I insert a footballer name, say Frank Lampard, my excel spreadsheet will start generating information about the player; such as his profile, achievements, teams played, goals scored, etc2 in other cells

Then I would like to copy this whole sheet into another sheet using "special paste as values" method

The problem is, because it takes a while for excel to finish populating all the information regarding the player, I have no idea if I can start copying the whole sheet or I should wait 10 seconds more, etc2....

so I want to ask if there's any way I can be notified if my excel spreadsheet has finished populating the data?

my excel actually has a Bloomberg function in it, so if I input a stock code, the spreadsheet will automatically start generating information about the stock such as the share price, revenues, etc2 (all with formulas, no macro used)

it takes time, and while the excel is populating the data, the cells show "#N/A Requesting Data...", once a cell has finished generating the data, the information will appear...

I already asked the Bloomberg guy but he said there was no function to notify me, but I am hoping the excel experts here will know better....
