    all formulas showing zero results in excel sheet

    hi,
    i have excel sheet,i am trying to do calculations on that whaterver formulas i am applying all showing 0 results, can you please help me on this.

    hi shilpa,

    in your sheet, F column all the data's are in text format and also has space in the every cell before the data ( that mean in F2 CELL , DATA IS = SPACE 594)

    IN ANY NUMBER HAS SPACE IN FRONT, EXCEL DOES NOT TAKES IT AS NUMBER...

    SO REMOVE ALL THE SPACES IN THE CELL BY MANUAL OR DO IT IN ADJUSTAN COLUMN.

    TYPE THIS FORMULA =TRIM(F2)

    AND DRAGG IT DOWN

    ALL THE CELL DATA WILL BE CONVERTS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SPACES.... AND COPY IT AND PASTE SPECIAL IT AS VALUE.

    Hi Shilpa..

    Do you Numeric keypad.. just kidding..

    Select all the cells
    Press Ctrl + H find and replace..
    Find : ALT + 0160 press Alt, then from Numeric keypad write 0160.. btw.. text box will shows nothing
    Replace : leave it blank..

    Replace all..

    will convert all your data to actual number..
