Excel Function Help Requested

I want to apply a simple function to the excel sheet but I am not able to do so. There should be three options appearing as per data. A Green Tick Mark, A Red Cross and A Yellow Sign. Which basically works on the months (as a timeline).

It should show that if the agreement has expired then a red cross will appear if the agreement has quite a lot of time like more than 2 months to expiry then it should show a green tick mark but if the time left to expiry is less then it should show a yellow sign as a warning sign.

I am able to do the first two things with the sheet as you can see in the attachment but I am not able to add the yellow sign feature to it.
