    averageif formula with multiple criteria

I know how to get an average of two columns from two different spreadsheets, I need to get the average of two columns from two different spreadsheets if the line contains "JB Hunt" as an example. I put a formula together

    =AVERAGEIF(October:November!A5:A6,"jb hunt",October:November!C5:C6)

I think it should work but I get this message "#value!"

October and November are the two different sheets, Column A is where "JB Hunt" is located, coumn C is where the values are that i need to average.

This formula works well to average the two columns in two separte sheets but I can't figure out to only average if "JB Hunt" is in that column A.

    =AVERAGE(October:November!C5:C8)

Attached is the spreadsheet, the formula I'm trying to make work is in cell M11 on sheet "November"
