    Select only highlighted rows

    Dears,

If I have a report that contains customer information and my task is to highlight mistakes. once I finish highlighting mistakes I need to keep only the records/rows with that contains any highlighted cell. how can I do that?

hi Vitorio. do an Autofilter. select the data you need (say A1:F10), then go to Data tab -> Autofilter. or press CTRL + SHIFT + L. then click on the column where the colours are. filter by Color -> No Fill. delete those rows.

    Re: Select only highlighted rows

We have to do that using filtering and for some rows, manually. but once done and highlighted in yellow, I need to remove all rows that has no coloring as it contains no mistakes.
