i have an order list with many products, so i need to have another list into sheet 2 that will take the existing products from sheet1 and suming their quantities and other factors.

The attachment is the original file.1st sheet is the prime sheet and the 2nd sheet is an example of what should be but automaticly.

Hello Salty if you want to filter the data then what is the need to extract the unique values.
I think you should try
copy and paste in C2 to get total of quantities
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!$D$12:$D$500=Sheet2!A2)*(Sheet1!$E$12:$E$500=Sheet2!B2)*(Sheet1!$L$12:$L$500))
copy and paste in D2 to get total of Price
=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!$D$12:$D$500=Sheet2!A2)*(Sheet1!$E$12:$E$500=Sheet2!B2)*(Sheet1!$M$12:$M$500))
