Want to lookup multiple matching criteria and return multiple data in columns

Not sure it this is a function question or something better suited to a macro or vba but I want to search by equipment type and stop sequence and then return depart and return times for multiple matches in a column.

For example I want to identify all routes using a 48' trailer and return a list of depart and return times for the purpose of reloading equipment.

I have an attachment which shows some dummied down sample data and the desired result (it's called sample, sorry about the placement).
