Data Reconciliation between 2 reports (looking to align 2 variables)

    Good day to you all.

I am looking for assistance. Attached is a reconstructed example of a report that I am trying to resolve more efficiently than I am currently doing. My managers are looking to keep this in the same format and are resistant to using Macros to resolve.

I can currently get the info required but this requires filtering and removal of data and I am sure that there must be a more efficient way of getting this info.

There are four columns of data with 2 variables and both reports hold more than 100,000 rows of data so when housed in the main tables the report table will hold more than 200,000 rows of data.

Any suggestions for how to for how to do this more efficiently (or improvements in general) would be appreciated.
