Extract single cell data based on a single cell entry

    Array/Criteria/Data
    #1 > Traffic 1
    #2 > Traffic 2
    #3 > Traffic 3
    #4 > Traffic 4
    #5 > Traffic 5

    Hello,

I want to input a number (1-5) and based on the table above (1-5 & Traffic 1-Traffic 5), output the cell data that is contained within the next column on the same row in the table. ie input "#3" output "Traffic 3" or input "#2" output "Traffic 2" so on and so forth.

So when we input the number that is assigned to the traffic controller the text field which provides more info on this will be auto populated with this info based on my little calculation.

    Please help....
