Unable To fetch Data

I have two sheets.
In Sheet-1 there is Employee ID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Salary, Region.
In Sheet-2 there Is Full Employee name, Salary.
Now i want to copy the employee id from sheet-1 to sheet-2 but the main problem is the employee name in sheet-2 can be in any form i.e.. First Name then Middle Name and then Last Name or in another form like Middle Name then First Name and then Last name.
Now how i m able to copy Employee id from sheet 1 to Sheet 2.

welcome to the forum, vipul. is it possible Rahul appears in Sheet1, but his middle name & last name is not there? my formula will only work if all 3 parts of the name are found in Sheet1. does not matter if he/she has any parts of the name blank or sequence mixed, but both sheets must have the same number of parts. try this array formula in Sheet2:

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
