Percentage of Compliance

I have been staring and googling and trying to figure out if I am doing this correct.

I audit driver's logs at my company. I have set up per log there are a total of 45 violations that can be given based on my findings. I have scored them all 1-5 points for a total of 135 points. Now of course the lower the points the better the score because we don't want violations received. I need to put this into a percentage to grade each driver and the district as a whole.

I found the percentage error formula but not sure if it is what I want to use or if I am using it correctly.

Say I have a driver that received a total of 20 points out of 135. Would I want to do it like this?

135-20=115
115/135=.85
.85*100=85% Compliant

I think I am confusing myself with this scoring and grading system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In C1 (Format C1 as Percent)

	A	B	C	D
1	20	135	85%	=100%-(A1/B1)
