countif, plus match or index formula

=COUNTIF(BY6:BY35,5,MATCH,BR9,BS9)) did not work? BR9 has a D and BS9 has 550 in it.

How to write a =COUNTIF(BY6:BY35,5) formula only if the number 5 has a D and 550 In the same row.

Can you write a =countif and match combo formula or index to make this work.
I'm trying to find how may 5's are in column BY6 thru BY35 but only if you look across the row and it has a D in the BR cell and 550 in the BS cell in the same row. Some of the BR and BS cells will have C 550, D 660, A 550 ETC.

But when doing the ( =countif for the 5's ) in column BY6 thru BY35, I only want to match the 5's that have a D and 550 in the same row BR and BS cells.
