Conditional Formatting not working!

Simple: I just want the value in B1 to be green anytime it's greater than or equal to 50.0%, and red if it's less than 50.0%. I've applied the conditional formatting as shown, but it's just showing red no matter what, even if I manually change it to a value higher than 50.
Can someone help?
Percentages in Excel are decimal values from 0 to 1 (0 being 0% and 1 being 100%).
In this case, 50 would be seen as 5000%, so in your C.F. formula set those to 0.50 (50%) and you should be good to go.

Based on your last post in this thread, its apparent that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received and have solved your question, but you haven't marked your thread as "SOLVED". I will do it for you this time.
In future, to mark your thread as Solved, you can do the following -
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved.
Incase your issue is not solved, you can undo it as follows -
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
