Conditional Formatting Based on Another Cell

Hi Excel Forum Team,

I need help on a Conditional Format formula in one cell that is based on two other cells. Please see the attached link to the excel model that goes along with the written description below.

I need to compare two dollar amounts between two separate cells “November Actual Cost” (C3) vs. “November Invoiced Cost” (E3) and in the third cell “Status Check” (D3) will have the actual result from the Conditional Format where the two separate cells (C3 vs. E3) contain identical/matching data the third cell (D3) turns green and if the two separate cells (C4 vs. E4) contain different/mismatching data the third cell (D4) turns red.
