Match and Retrive a valuse from a range of data from another table

Hi ,

Please find attached excel sheet.

I got list of activity ion sheet 1.

on sheet 2, Got a table with activity owner start & end dates.

I want to retrieve data from sheet2 and show in sheet three but only those with reference to activities on sheet 1.

Kindly help.

Hi,

One way. Identify on sheet 3 which activities exist on Sheet1.

In E2 (Sheet3) enter

Formula:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

and copy down

Now sort Sheet3 on column E, go to the bottom, select all #N/A rows and delete them.
