Return Column Number Based On Multiple Criteria

Hi All;

Earlier I have posted the following thread and thanks to bebo021999's help the issue was resolved.

But, yesterday while I was working on it, I've spotted that when same employee has same score from two different tests, formula return always the first value. I have tried to solve it by using OFFSET function but it didn't worked.

Any help will be appreciated greatly.
