I've got an employee attendance tracker spreadsheet that awards 1 point for every 25 days worked, then 1 point after that for every 20 days worked, then another 1 point for 20 days after that, and again 2 more times til the employee has reached 5 points. If that employee is absent and it's an unexcused absence, then that employee loses 1 point, or .5 depending on the type of leave. I've run out of ideas on how to do this and was hoping someone could help.
