[help] expired macro excel file

I know this post is against this does not comply with Rule 11 of our Forum RULES.

(This is a comprehensive business planning/forecasting model for our company), the creator of this program told us that we can still access the workbook if we are going to change the PC Date into 2013. I just want get rid on what they call "TIME BOMB" so that I can easily access the file without bothering the PC date. I hope you can help me.
