Updating Chart

I put together a tracker using a data pull that I will update each week to populate a bunch of line charts to compare 2013 vs. 2014 metrics.

I added a Weekly % to last year (column D in tab 1) as well as a Cumulative % YTD vs LY (column G in tab 1) .... but I would like the Cumulative % to be displayed on each division's line chart. This would give a quick snapshot of the YTD number vs. Last Year as a total. The line charts are populated from the numbers in rows 110-160, which are pulled in from the previous rows.

I also would like the "Weekly and Cumulative IOD" tab to populate the simple chart, depending on the latest week ending information I pulled. In this case it would be the 1 week ending Feb 23, 2014. That way when I copy in the new data with the extra week, it will populate the charts and the tab as well.

Sorry if that is confusing, but hopefully someone will know how to incorporate these edits, as I am completely stuck at this point!! Super frustrating.
