Show a picture based on a cell value - "Reference not valid" error

I am trying to show a picture based on a cell value. Every way I attempt to go about doing this (IF, VLOOKUP, Name Manager) I receive an error of "Reference Not Valid" when I try to set the formula for the picture in the picture bar. I have followed this exact process now (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzF_5DXhqbs) and still receive the error. Any advice??

I have other pictures on my worksheet and that macro has made them all disappear except that one that is selected. I need the other 15 pictures to always remain visible. But based on the text in say P3, I would like one of four pictures to show in P2. For example I have a picture of an apple, an orange, a pear, and a grape in B19:B22 and I wish to populate P2 with one of these pictures based on the user selection.
