you have nothing in N12 but the syntax should be
=COUNTIFS('Cancels only'!G:G,">"&N12,'Cancels only'!H:H,"<="&N12)
Thank you Martin. I've made those changes & have most all of them working.
I'm struggling with how to come up with the logic for C23 & C24. Of the 2 that dropped in the prior months (3/7/12 - 3/6/13), how many were enrolled for less than 12 months & how many for 12 months+. Any ideas how I can do this? I've attached the original file I'm working from to avoid confusion. I'm working off of the second & third tabs. The third tab contains the sign-up & cancellation dates.
