    Average Formula based on checkbox filter

    Hi,

    Kindly have a look at the attached file
    I need your help in B4 of 'Importance Score' sheet
    I have done simple average calculation in B4, I need average formula based on the filter selection (Male, Female, 18-24, etc.,).
    I am not good in excel formulas, so kindly help me please.
