need help calculating a specific portion of days from start/end dates.

Hello,

I hope my title makes sense. I have a column of start dates and end dates. Some of the end date cells are empty because the client is still enrolled with us. What I need, is a formula that will calculate just the days for february between the client's start date and end date. ex 1. the start date is 1/15/14 and end date is 2/14/14. The answer I want is 14 (the days just in february). ex 2. start date is 11/15/13 and end date is empty (client is still enrolled). The answer I want is 28. ex 3. the start date is 2/2/14 and the end date is 2/10/14. the answer I want is 8. Is there a formula that will accomodate those variables? I've tinkered around with nested If statements but to no avail. I have a workbook attached!
