radio button to set values of

I am new into this depth of Excel. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am trying to assign the letters on the far right to equal the number is the calumns, k, o, s ir w, based on which radio button the user selects, 1, 2, 3 or 4. their actual names are low, med, high and other.

What do you suggest?

Thank you for getting back to me so fast. That is very close. The thing is, I think I need to make it letter, so I can goto Daily Entries work page and The K column will equal the numbers form the BG Scale chart based on the BG Level entered back on Column A in the Daily entries.

See if this works better. I had added the formula based on the BG levels in settings (For 60-150, I just counted this as <=150)
