hi there,
there isn't, but you can enter it as an array formula with an IF condition embedded, for e.g.,
=stdev(if(a1:a10="x",b1:b10))
see signature about array entry.

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
